State and Local Tax Incentives:

  • Data Center Retail Sales and Use Tax (DCRSUT) Exemptions: 5.30% (4.30% state rate, 1.00% local rate) exemption offered by Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP)
  • Chesterfield County Business Property Tax: $0.24/$100 of assessed value on data center equipment, lowest rate in VA
